One-Time Service

Our one-time service carries a 45-day guarantee.  In most cases, we ask you to allow 14 days for the treatment to reach optimum efficacy.  If problems persist after this initial 14 days, we will return to assess and treat problem areas as needed.  At this point, we will determine if any further corrective actions need to be taken.  After 45 days from the initial treatment, we recommend our recurring bi-monthly exterior service to maintain the protective barrier on the exterior perimeter of your home.  As our commitment to you, we will waive start up fees.

Recurring Service

 

Our recurring services carry a 45-day guarantee.  In most cases, we ask you to allow 14 days for the treatment to reach optimum efficacy.  If problems persist after this initial 14 days, we will return to assess and treat problem areas as needed.  If problems still persist 45 days after your treatment, we may determine that it is best to move up your next recurring service.
